luxurious bath ease your aches and pains. Rose oil has been used in natural beauty treatments
for thousands of years and will help soothe dry skin and promote good, general skin health.
With the addition of a Rose Quartz Crystal, cleansed in water collected from the Red and
White springs at Glastonbury, charged in Sun & Moonlight and Reiki* and set with an intention*,
additional healing benefits are gained. Rose Quartz is known as the stone of unconditional,
universal love and compassion. It is believed to emit strong vibrations of love, supporting
emotional and relationship healing. Rose Quartz purifies and opens the heart at all levels to
promote love, self love, friendship, deep inner healing and feelings of peace. It is also often
used to help the heart heal from trauma and deep emotional wounds.
Deeply connected to the Divine Feminine, it carries an aura of love and compassion, helping
you to nurture and self soothe.
Working with the Heart Chakra { Anahata }, it helps put you back in alignment and feel more
connected and comforted. This Chakra acts as the individuals centre of compassion, empathy,

The meaning of charging and setting an intention with Reiki
Everything around us has its own energy field; therefore these salts and crystals have their own
intrinsic energy. As an initiated Reiki practitioner I am able to enhance their healing abilities
through channelled programming. These salts have been programmed with the following
intention:
“May the person or persons using these salts be released from all negative and
toxic energies, May their inner awareness be enhanced and their connection to the earth
strengthened”
Instructions for use
Bath Soak - Place a handful or two of bath salts into warm running water and put your crystals
into the bottom of your bath, fill to the required depth. For added softness and luxury, add one
cupful of Oat Milk. Lay back and enjoy for at least 20 minutes
Foot Soak - Place a tablespoon or two of the salts, along with your crystals into a bowl large
enough to place your feet comfortably. Fill with warm water and added oil if required and sit
back and enjoy for approximately 20 minutes.
To further enhance your healing experience you could softly chant the sound OHM whilst you soak.
How to cleanse and charge your crystal between uses
Cleanse by holding your crystal under running water for a few minutes, or smudge with a Sage
stick or Palo Santo. Charge your crystal by placing in the moonlight or a sunny window
